Alison Needham

Alison joined Woodbridge Road Academy in November as one of our Teaching Assistants. Before she came to us she worked at a pupil referral unit as well as an Activity Instructor/Group Leader for PGL, working with children aged 6 to 16 years.

Alison is currently working as a 1:1 as well as with individuals on intervention programmes, supporting them with their emotions.

“I am really enjoying my time at Woodbridge Road Academy,” said Alison. “I'm looking forward to being in the new school building, as it will open up many more opportunities for the pupils. We work as a fantastic team here, and are a great support to our pupils.”
