Charlotte Miles

Charlotte has worked with Paradigm since March 2022 and has a background as a nursery nurse and nanny.

“The team is quite new and we’ve all bonded really well, because we all share a common goal in caring about the pupils. We want to see the children happy and enjoying school, especially as some may not have enjoyed school before.

"We also share each other’s ideas and support each other by providing the best environment we can for the pupils and I love that we’re still smiling at the end of every day.”
