Josh Keeble

Josh works four days a week as a teaching assistant at Woodbridge Road Academy and on the fifth day he is studying to be a child therapist with Essex University. He has always worked in primary schools and in Pupil Referral Units so he is enjoying the step up to work with pupils in Key Stage 3 and 4.

Sometimes we need a de brief at the end of the day and the team is always there for advice and to listen to each other. We work together to find out what works best for pupils - that’s how we plan for future lessons - by tailoring our approach based on previous experience.”
